At St. Joseph School, we believe in educating the whole child, spiritually, academically, and socially.  

We assess overall student performance and mastery through a diverse range of evaluation methods. These methods include, but are not limited to: Teacher Observations, Essay Assessments, Performance Assessments, Personal Communications, Questions and Answers, Conferences, Projects, and Presentations. These evaluations take place during class activities, tests, class participation, homework, and, when applicable, work on special projects. Consequently, written grades are assigned and represent a comprehensive view of total school performance.
